I would recommend Patsy to anyone, and I have recommended her to many of my friends already. I went in for my first ever bikini wax, a little nervous and not sure what to expect, but she was great! Patsy was very polite and professional, but still friendly. She explained the whole process to me and told me what she was doing without making me feel uncomfortable or awkward in any way. It was a great experience and I will definitely be going to her in the future!

Once you use Patsy Ferrar you won't ever want to miss an apointment with her. She is professional, efficient, kind, witty and fun. She actually makes waxing a pleasure! I can't imagine going anywhere else but to Morgan Taylor to see Patsy for my facials.

I have utilized Patsy for facials & waxing for over 10 years & she is BY FAR the best in the entire Sacramento region. There was a period of time many years ago when Patsy left her former salon (a VERY well known esthetician with half of Patsy's talent) and I was unable to locate her. I was forced for many months to use other providers until I could track Patsy down. They could not hold a candle to her. On occasion, when I am on vacation, I am forced to get waxed by someone other than Patsy & it has NEVER been done as quickly, completely & painlessly as when Patsy does it. I am a avid devotee of her facials, as is my husband. She is, quite simply, the best.
