DO NOT GO HERE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could rate them a zero I would. I live here in town so have my choice of massage therapists and I will NEVER EVER go here again. I waited for 30 minutes for my appointment (the doors were locked an no one was there) and made repeated calls to their number. Finally the owner said someone was on their way. When "Jessie" the massage therapist gets there she says sorry but she has no knowledge of my appointment and too bad for me because she has someone else coming in 30 minutes. My husband bought me a gift certificate for mothers day for a massage there - but now I don't know what to do with it. What a waste!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Lover's Lane.... My husband and I went to Tranquility Massage for our one year anniversary & it was incredible! We would highly recommend the Lover's Lane package. They were very professional and created a relaxing and romantic experience.

NOT A PROFESSIONALLY RAN BUSINESS!!. BEWARE!!! I not quite sure what they mean when they say that they can accomodate large parties....our "large party" of 7 could barely fit in the waiting area! We had made our reservation a month in advance and when we got there they didn't know any of our names and they were asking us what packages we ordered. I don't know about you but when I go to a day spa and have made a reservation in advance, I would expect them to know who I am and what treatment(s) I have requested. One of the employees had a crisis and was unable to perform a Reiki massage (a technique that is suppose to relieve 'spiritual' tension) because of the bad tension that she was giving off. My girlfriend not only got up and left just as the massage was starting but left feeling MORE stressed. I personally ordered a Lomi Lomi massage and there was no one even there that knew the technique! Therefore, had to 'settle' with a regular massage. And to top off what was suppose to be a relaxing reunion weekend amongst 7 old girlfriends from high school, we were over-charged!! When we voiced our opinions about the poor treatments received by some of us to the owner of the spa and requested a refund, she said she would have a check out in the mail by week's end. This was in August....it is now pushing November and STILL no check, no email, no phone call, no nothing. I hope the owner knows that this is not the last she will hear from us and best just comply with our requests.
