Just received a call from this company today, offering me a "free" security system. When I said I wasn't interested, the man insulted me and hung up. Very rude and unprofessional. This must be a scam.
Recently hired this company to replace my mother's life alert system They saved me about $20 per month from what I was paying before and also was able to get rid of her home phone to save another $30 per month. I highly recommend this company.
Very professional installers and customer service dept. Way better than my old ADT system with the added camera system. Thank you.

Do NOT use this this company. You will be sorry. Probably the worst customer service of any alarm company. Constant run around, never resolve issues just bounce you back and forth to monitoring company. HUGE issue with customer service, hello Tiffany, glad your in charge of my account, certainly wish you would do your job and fix the issue the first time. Spoke to this person more than a dozen times (sickly sweet can I help you type) then proceed to tell me I need to go talk to monitoring company. You have been warned.....

Maximum Security Alarm, based out of Sacramento, California. Owned and ran by Andrew Higgins, his twin fat sloppy brother David Higgins and their pedophile looking busted up slack ass father Dennis Higgins. Is just one of many scams this Higgins family and their friends have been doing for a long time, at least 8 years for this company. The awful things they do on a regular basis are just way too much for me to mention and invest any additional time into. They have the most complaints for any alarm company and probably any company for that matter and they wouldn't have this many complaints, especially back to back to complaints unless it were all true. Save yourself a hassle and don't do business or interact with these people on any level.

Horrible scam. Avoid this company at all costs. They are the people behind "Tom's Home Security" spam telemarketing calls that harass thousands. Why would anyone ever do business with a company that has no morals?
Telemarketer hell.
When I called (916)-437-0272 and spoke to another telemarketer named "Casey" he told me that they get their numbers from a third party and he would remove my name from the list.
I also warned him that I was recording the phone conversation and according to harassment laws I am giving him a verbal notice that his company is harassing me and for them to stop calling me. He laughed a bit before I gave him the companies address in Sacramento and then he seemed very cooperative. we'll see if they still call me or not.
They need to quit calling me!!!. I wouldn't do business with a company who violates my privacy and keeps calling me unwontedly on my cell phone that is on the do not call list. Get a life and do business the right way...and stop calling me!!!!!!
