OMG it's wonderful from #1 fan!!!!! – OMG, you have to go to this cute place the food is wonderful, with a new chef !!!! the food has flavor, charm, and low prices. I had the baked brie with blueberry port wine sauce on a hot day this tasted like summer. $8 My sister had the Hanger Steak $16 ( hint huge portions) it was to die for, the sauce was a brandy peppercorn super tasty. I love the fact that the service personal and the owner are so friendly and funny they make you feel like family like your coming over for supper.....it's a blast.....the art is for sale on the walls that makes it fun to roam the place and they do banquets in the wine room and main room!!!!, it's a treat to come the Balcony Bistro and if your in town you have to go for the Brunch (off menu) huge mimosa's all kinds of flavors, bloody mary's and the BEST eggs benedict (voted best in sacramento) I will continue my quest to get everyone in Sacramento to go to the Balcony Bistro in Historic Folsom, I even know the # by heart 353-0733 yep it's that good!!!!
With a full happy tummy
