Must Be The Competition. I do not know how anyone can leave Wild Bills without feeling satified, the CheeseSteaks are great not to mention the beer prices, Bill has gone out of his way to make it a very pleasant stay with great food and the sport events he truly caters to his customers like no other. If you live in the Sacramento area Wild Bills truly Is Your Best Bet For CheeseSteaks.

Customer service needs major improvement!. The customer service at the Cheese Steak Shop in Folsom, CA is horrible! I have been eating here since they opened in Folsom. When they first opened the service was fine, nothing great, but acceptable. For the past year the customer service has been steadily getting worse. Every time I go there now they forget something I ordered and then get upset with me when I ask for the item... The employees don't care about the customers. They act like the customer is inconveniencing them. The food has always been good, but now they don't even care to get your order correct. Don't waste your time going to The Cheese Steak Shop!
