Best coffee house west of the Pecos.. This is the place to be every morning in Placerville. Different fresh brewed coffee every day, and a wide array of pastries, mostly baked right there. Fabulous apple fritters and almond croissants. Anybody who's anybody eventually shows up at Centro. There's a great group of regulars, including the owner and his sister, both of whom run this very well done local business and give it its personality. Be there or be square.
