HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!. Like TANDL below, this was the worse experience I have ever had purchasing blinds which I have done for 3 new homes in the past 12 years. I became acquainted with this company at a Home Show and contracted with them because they promised a better price than I had been quoted from JC Pennys. They will provide great service to the point they get your order - then, the excuses begin. I am finally done with them after 3 months and only because mentally, I am tired of arguing with them over how the blinds hang and just have decided to live with it. Even today, their installer left with the vertical valance hanging crooked. Spend a few extra hundred dollars and go with another company - you will save yourself a lot of stress! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK BBB - THEY HAVE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS REGISTERED.

Best Window Coverings. John and Maryalice did a great job for our home. Our windows coverings look great and the price was right. We even had them do our business. Excellant serivce and they are very knowledgable. We also enjoyed their showroom.

Worst experience EVER!!!!. Worst experience ever with a business in my 58 years. Actually received a call today that 5 week overdue shutters were in. They make promises they don't keep and absolutely no communication. Will never use these people again, never. Read BBB and all reviews before you decide.
