I heard about this place from a girl that I've talked to a few times. She told me to try them out. She said they were super cheap (which is true) and they do a great job. I make an appointment so that I don't have to wait around if I had done walk-in. I arrived at my appointment on time. There were two employees and two girls getting their nails done. I was asked what i wanted to do, I replied "I would like a gel manicure". She told me to pick a color. I decided to go with a french manicure. She tried to talk me out of french. I was then brought a bowl of fingernail polish remover to put my hands in, I had never soaked my hands in nail polish remover. I've always had cotton with remover on it wrapped in foil. I sat that way for 30 minutes. The two employees were too busy talking to one of the girls that was apparently a regular. Long story short....my nails and cuticles are now pink from the nail polish remover my gel manicure (which they claim lasts 3-4 weeks) my manicure started chipping the same DAY! The lines are slopping, I have a fingerprint in my nail from the woman checking to see if it was dry. I had to turn my own machine back on twice. The woman doing my nails was too busy chatting. I will NEVER go back. I'd rather pay more money for quality!!
