Looking for problems? here is the place to go. Signed up for their $94.00 speacial. Which is suppose to give me the at&t uverse with 200 channels on tv and a $100.00 rebate. instead they charged me $105.00 and didn't send me the rebate. when I questioned Att on the phone customer assistance. they cut half my channels off but gave me a $50.oo discount and 20% off the 105.00 I went into At&t and had a loud discushion with a Rep who assured me he would straighten it out and would leave a phone message when that happened. There was no phone call and nothing got straightened out. I went in and talked to the main Manager who worked on it and said that I would receive a $100 dollar coupon and a 30% discount for 6 months. this months bill is now $124.00, NO coupon and no discounts. I called on a cell phone from Hawaii and they said they would look into it then put me on hold, Nothing has happened. then we were disconnected. when calling back I was told that the lady that i talked to was busy on a conference call. I asked for a email when she was done so that I could get back with her. that never happened. I called again and finnaly they gave me the manager that was suppose to straighten it out the first time. She said she would email me when she got it fixed. I am not holding my breath. If you signed up for a AT&T speacial check your bills
