Most Unprofessional and Unorganized Practice. If there was an option for zero stars, that would be my rating for the practice. Recommend never making an appointment with this practice. This office is the most unprofessional I've ever witnessed and should not be allowed to practice. They have no concern for patients and emergency situations and no respect for patients on medi-cal. They gave my son the run-around for over a month while he has been in pain with a tooth that needed to be extracted. I will be reporting this practice to the state board of dentistry as a result of this terrible experience!

Highly Perturbed. I will agree with Worse Children's Dentist. I am so upset at what my three year old had to go through and it was his first time to the dentist.

I was not there, I had my mom take him because I knew I wouldnt be able to handle him cry and be scared over getting a filling or two. Come to find out, it was MUCH worse than that.

They ended up strapping him down in a jacket and hodling him down. Told my mom they were going to restrain him for his safety and then said she was going to do a filling. My mom noticed him bleeding and asked what was going on. The denist said she just did a baby route canal!

I will admit that my sons teeth were pretty bad, but he did not deserve to be tortured for what my mom said was at least 20 mins.

She said he was screming and crying the whole time, asking her to help him and the denist told him to stop talking or they will have to do it again.

When my mom finally told them to stop, my son told the dentist that she hurt him and she told him very rudely, "well maybe this will teach you to brush your teeth"

That is not how a children's dentist should treat children. They should try to make them as comfortable as possible, I understand its hard but if you cant deal with it, then you shouldnt be a children's dentist.

I talked to them before scheduling the appointment, telling them that his teeth are really bad and I wanted him to be put to sleep to have all the work done. My mom said they didnt explain anything, just started work on him.

When leaving the dentist had the nerve to say "At least he will sleep well tonight"

To add to the horror, he has a huge fat bottom lip. Its as big as a quarter and it's white, looks like its infected. Tried to contact the denist but couldnt even reach a message line. 24 hour nurse line told me to take him to emergency!!!!

Honest Dentist. After having two corporate dentists run up the bill with unneeded dentistry it was good to find an honest dentist that was out to serve the patient.

Worst Children's Specialist. These people are the MOST unfriendly people. The ONE time I took my child here he was 3 and they refused to allow me (the MOTHER) to go in with him.

Last time I checked we raise our children to not associate with stranger's... and then they expect me to tell them it's ok to go with them. As far as I'm concerned I would be telling my son its ok to go with strangers.
