Unprofessional. I read a review about this place from another site, and I feel pretty stupid for not listening.

I am all for family owned businesses, and I prefer them over established businesses. This one, however, makes all the other family owned bus. look bad....

The people here make up their own policies, prices, and hours day by day.

The sign says open at 10am, but sometimes I am left waiting there nearly 30 minutes. Who can I complain to?

The owner is the one taking her sweet time.

They close early on days they feel like taking the night off.

The "point system" they have going on is useless, literally USELESS. The no fees for cancellation changed on me after a couple months of me going there, and they claim not to have contracts, but they make you sign something and charge you when you decide not to come back.

So disorganized, and unprofessional. The staff and owner is SO NICE, until they make you sign this paper "that is not a contract", and then they become greedy little money grabbers.

In the Tropics Tanning and What Smoothies?. In the Tropics Tanning is decent compared to other tanning salons as far as their tanning beds, but the Smoothies part is misleading. Although its a good concept, they are always out, or their machine is broken, or the ingredients I want are never there.

The two owners are wonderful, but the rest of their staff should get re-evaluated. When I go there, and its the owner, everything is organized. When the other girls are running it, either the beds havent been cleaned, the towels or wipes are missing, or once when I used their Versa Spa, none of the materials needed (barrier cream, shower cap, towels, etc.) were out, and when I asked about them, they told me it was all in a drawer in the corner. While I was happy to oblige, you would never get this kind of disservice at another facility.
