worst wet burritos, lot's of rice ans lat less meat. I live in elk grove and I usually go to buy mexican food to sacramento south right on Mack rd off of valley high next to kragen auto parts and so far the best mexican I tried in this area coming from the bay area where the quality of food meets very high standars, today I decided to try baja burrito mainly becouse it's close to my home and with all due respect to the bussines, how dissapointed with the food quality, I ordered a wet burrito (the worst I ever had) the wet sauce was not strained it was so thick and stong that killed the taste of everything else in the burrito, I also ordered chiken soft tacos and they suppose to come with fresh guacamole, then when I opened a taco to add salsa I discovered that the guacamole was just a big joke (so hard to notice)I just need to tell the owner that they can fool a lot of people but not the mexicans or latinos who have a good taste for mexican, they do not have beans and to use less meat they fill your burrito with lot's of rice,

also I notice the cashier trying to help the puting the chips in the trays with out washing her hands after handleing money she should never touch the food or she should use a tool to get the chips,

just an honest advise,

if you see taquerias with a lot of mexicans go in and try the food and if you try to imitate them it's OK, you then will have more people returning to your bussines, for now I could not go back untill you learn how to make good burritos an tacos,

Not The Best Experience. I have read a lot of reviews on this place. It seems as if the owners friends are going and giving this place reviews, which I find not fair business practice. I went to this place the other day and in my honest opinion:

2.5 - Food, nothing special compared to other places

2.5 - location is to isolated, target plaza would have been better.

4.0 - customer service food was ready to go in 5 mins.

1.0 - customer friendliness.

Everything else was ok but the owner who I am assuming I interacted with did not seem to have good communications skills or was just a right out A-hole. This was a very unpleasant experience for me ruined my whole day. The way he isolated me seemed as if he did not like middle eastern looking people with "facial hair", I know when I am being discriminated against.
