Happy Days

I am a very happy patient that has visited Serenity Dental on several occasions over the past year. I confess that I have been a diehard procrastinator when it comes to seeing the dentist. However, since I found the Serenity Dental Group, I can now say those days are O-V-E-R! I now enjoy beautiful, authentic looking crowns that actually fit and look like real teeth!!! A big THANK YOU goes out to everyone at Serenity Dental for providing a safe harbor that is ultra clean, relaxing and led by a team of highly skilled clinicians. The dentists and staff have always returned my phone calls and taken care of my concerns in a very efficient and timely manner. Just recently, one of the dentists answered a concern I had on their off day! The only thing I now regret is that I did not find their office sooner. I will definitely continue to refer my family and friends to Serenity Dental.

No Pain

I had always been so scared of the dentist I knew I had some work to be done and just the thought of the needle made me cry... but to say the least my fear is gone I had two root-canals (because I waited to get my-self to go to a dentist) Their was no pain at all , I never even felt the needle. I can now say I love my dentist my teeth are in the best shape ever I love my new crowns and all I do is smile more.

I had not been to a dentist for a very long time I had a scary experience in the past but all of that changed once I went to Serenity Dental. I had a great experience the staff was very nice and the

Doctor explained everything to me in language I could understand. I was seen on time and the office staff took great care of me. I had to get a root canal, It was the most comfortable experience. My whole outlook of the dental office has changed. I highly recomend Serenity dental to all my friends and family.

Frightening Experience

My Husband had four wisdom teeth removed here. The original consultation was great, with an experienced dentist who seemed to explain everything clearly. The day of, he had a different doctor who gave him a local anesthetic and took 20 minutes to pull all four. 3 days later, my husband was not healing and started to get infected. When I called the office I got their machine with no message as to how to get ahold of a human. I left messages for three consecutive days, explaining that we were concerned as he was in a great deal of pain and the infection was not getting better. NO ONE CALLED US BACK!! This was a very frightening and frustrating experience and we considered filing a complaint with the board of health. I will never go back there and would never send some one to Serenity Dental.

Great Office

This office was great. I was seen by the doctor at the scheduled time and everyone was very friendly. The doctor explained my treatment plan and informed me that sedation was an option if I preferred. They are open saturdays so I didn't have to miss any work. This is a family oriented office, I highly recommend it.
