Most unethical dental office ... most unethical practice I've ever seen!

This is the most unethical, unbelievable dental office I've ever been to! They seem nice at first, with a nice, contemporary office "look" but they are underhanded, sly, unprofessional, lying people in this office. I went in for the first time and somehow my signature was attached to purchase services I did not want. They billed my insurance and I never received the services! Now, that I want/need the services (not with them of course!), my insurance won't cover it b/c they "think" I have already received them. I've tried to get this fixed by calling the office manager, sending in a letter, even going into the office but none of my calls are returned, my letter was ignored, and the office manager is allegedly always at a training, at lunch, or is just not there. Park Place Dental Group is a sham! I've read SO MANY reviews on other websitse and this place has done so many people wrong!! They've given poor customer service, told patients they needed work when they really didn't need it, and they have skrewed people (including me!) out of lots of money! DO NOT GO THERE! Save your money and your teeth!
