Highly Disappointed. I had eaten at Ruth Chris in Seattle and it was fabulous. I planned a very special birthday dinner for a friend at Ruth Chris Sacramento .... and got nothing close to what I expected. High price, poor quality steak. The service was the only high point.

An Off Night?. We ate here hoping to convert some Mortons fans. The appetizers were all fine; and the wine list great (though they were out of our first choice of a Silver Oak). But our food was inedible. ALL of the side dishes (3 different sides including potatoes and vegetables) and main courses (4 different entrees from salmon to steak) were SO SALTY, we stopped eating. Perhaps we just caught the chef on an off night. Regardless, we will be returning to Mortons with our friends ... and not to Ruth's Chris.

Ive never had beter service in Sacramento.. The food was good, the wine list was extensive, and the service was unbelievable! From the hostess, to the busser, server and manager - everyone took the time to use our name each time they came to our table. I didnt see that coming : )

Great steak! If you are looking for a great cocktail and steak you've found it!. A great night out for entertaining, beautiful bar and good cocktails to start the night and the best steak I have had here in Sacramento. Better than Morton's by far. Steak cooked to perfection and great sides as well! You'll enjoy it!

Best food I've eaten in a decade!. This place has it all! Great ambience, incredible food, unbelievable wine! This was even better than some of the fancier restaurants I tried in Vegas! Succulent salads; mouthwatering, juicy, flavor-loaded steaks, perfect garlic mashed potatoes and 'I've-died-and-gone-to-heaven' desserts.

Having eaten in half a dozen foreign countries, I'm always amazed at what poor quality food Americans will accept. This is the best food I have eaten in a decade in the USA!

Not the cheapest meal in town, but certainly worth every darned penny! Book, as they tend to be busy. You won't be disappointed!
