Love the new ice cream. I recently bought a pint of Tahoe Creamery ice cream from Whole Foods and it was fantastic. I am a big ice cream fan and thought I would try something a little more local (it is made in Lake Tahoe). Let me tell you, you will not be disappointed. I LOVED the Blueberry. I would strongly suggest Tahoe Creamery ice cream to anyone who loves ice cream.

Whole Foods is a vegetarian's dream grocery store, with a focus on natural and organic goods and a gargantuan selection of fruits, vegetables and vegan products. But carnivores won't feel neglected, as stores also boast a vast selection of top-quality meats, poultry and fish. Also expect fresh-baked goods, housewares, a floral department and a well-stocked vitamin and personal-product section. Deli offers hot and cold prepared foods and artisanal cheeses.

your body is a temple. If you like to treat your body like a temple and revere the substance in which you receive energy by, whole foods markets is a great place to shop. A large selection of unique food producers that honor labor laws, resist chemical contamination, and encourage organic farming are all provided in the context of earth safe practices. Pricey but then again, your worth it. BRING YOUR OWN BAGS!!!
