This restaurant does not deserve even 1 star!

It was my first visit to this restaurant.I ordered a pasta dish. It arrived. it was clearly uncooked, and tasted super-chewy, and was worst. I kept waiting for a waiter, kept trying to get the atention of someone but NONE were willing to work that extra hard to do their job. I was starving to death, super hungry plus I didn't know what else to do. Its certainly their job to come and ask hows the food. I realised this restaurant is not only bad, its HORRIBLE!

After a while the waiter came to ask if he could bring the bill, we said "Wow.. Well, you know what? The pasta is super uncooked and chewy." He took the plate back and some other person came over and asked, "Well, tell me whats the problem with the pasta??" We were like "Arghhhh!!!" We said, "Its uncooked and chewy." Next thing this guy says“"WELL YOU ATE 50% OF THE PASTA AND NOW YOU ARE TELLING ME??" I said, "Well, I was hungry and starving plus you made me wait for half an hour and after I ordered the food and ate it I thought something was wrong but there was no one who came and attended to me to even ask and since I was very hungry and starving I ate a bit of it!" Then he was like, "Okay, I can make you another one" I said "No thats okay.. Even if i order another one, i cant eat cos after eating the uncooked pasta my stomach is hurting a bit, and I am afraid it is because of it" Then he was like "Okay, I will get you the bill okay? YOU HAVE EATEN SOME OF THE FOOD AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY EVEN IF ITS BAD OR WORSE OR SPOILT". We thought this guy is crazy! We said "Hey, wait a minute, we are not saying that we wont pay! That’s very rude of you. We are just saying that the pasta was uncooked, and you should make a note of it rather than being rude to us! Dont worry we will definitely pay even if your pasta was uncooked okay? we are not trying to have some free meal here. Happy?"

These guys are basically MONSTERS, and treat people horribly is what we realized. We thought, well, lets pay and then go back home and call the Manager and tell him about it. We called the Manager, he says 'Oh yea yea.. I know the whole story about you guys having a problem here" I was like "Wow.. Well, I would really really want you to train your staff to treat customers if not better, then atleast nicer, a little bit.." He was like "Well, please dont over-react and read too much into it. We are an extremely reputed restaurant, people love us, and they always wanna come here! There is no one who does not like our food or service." and then beep! The Manager of Cheesecake factory just hung up on me!

What else can you say about this restaurant??? Never ever visit this restaurant on a nice ocassion or else you never know, the treatment they give you will entirely ruin your mood, your day and everything. THIS IS THE WORST RESTAURANT IN THIS WORLD and shut be shut down for the way it provides service. The FOOD HERE SUCKS SO DOES THE STAFF. THUMBS DOWN AND BOO TO THIS CRAZY RESTAURANT WITH SUPER CRAZY SERVICE!

Worst Dinner Ever

We had eaten lunches and brunches there before and thought we would try dinner there on Halloween. The fish was dry, the service was terrible and even the manager lacked any kind of customer service. Neither my husband, my son, or I will ever eat there again. When we were first seated, we ordered cocktails from the bar and asked the server to wait on serving the food. She put in the whole order at once and as a result, the food stood in the warmer for half an hour. The manager offered us desert on the house, but failed to mention it was only for one person. The prices are quite high for such bad quality of food.

Dining and especially service can be a crap shoot

IF I based this review on my last visit, I would have to give the service a negative star. I was there with 5 of my coworkers. We asked of server Geniva, to give us a few minutes to wait for the last person in our party. That last person showed up 10 minutes last, while Geniva didn't show up again until 25 minutes later. She seemed much more interested in talking to friends a few tables away. The food itself was great, but we had to keep flagging down random servers ( who was not our server) to get our drinks refilled. Once we had all finished, we had to wAit to get our food boxed up. When she returned she had no idea whose food was whose. I'm just saying, be prepared to get what you get!

• Pros: Good cheesecake and Chicken Madera is good
• Cons: Service can really suck
