Horrible Customer Service. My daughter is trying to fly home from SAC and we already paid PREMIUM for her ticket and when she got there was told that she would have to pay add'L $25 to check 2nd bag! She had no money/credit card and they refuse to take credit card over the phone! Horrible, horrible customer service on top of exorbitant fees!!!!
