Worst customer service ever.. I will never shop at this gamestop ever again as this is the one that's closest to my house. I pre-ordered a game Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 for the XBox 360 (as this is now the only system I own) and this fat idiot got it in his head that I ordered it for the PS3. Why? Because you have more PS3 versions than XBox 360's? I think not. I am not about to get railroaded by some idiot in a retail store. He wouldn't even have the NERVE to call other stores to see if it was available. No. Just a moron. I called up corporate and they're gonna take care of me and they are going to bring up some action against this store and that employee. If this kid would have just done his job then everything would have been fine. Instead he had to act like he was high and mighty and lost this store business as I am going to tell lots of people to go to some other gamestop as this one will not take care of you.
