Best Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning in Town!. I have been using Bonney for over 20 years, and the consistently great attitude and professional prowess puts them lightyears ahead of the closest business. They really have no competition. I had mainly used them for new toilet installs, and hot water heaters, but after installing a two-floor air conditioning and heating project, they really met every challenge by making sure it was done right before they left. ALL of their employees are nice, well-dressed, and friendly, while still maintaining the highest goals of customer service. I know of no business, including my own, that exemplifies excellence like Bonney.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. We called this company for a simple sink clog repair. The technician never showed up, and when we called to complain that no one had materialized, they were actually annoyed that we requested another tech be sent to complete the appointment. The phone staff repeatedly assured us (over a four hour period) that the tech would "be there in fifteen minutes." This company not only wasted critical work time, but was completely unprofessional and quite rude. We will never use their services again under any circumstance.

Bonney be gone. Not a good service. Had to change out the fuse to the air conditioner. Bonney replaced with the WRONG fuse. No...I did not call them back. If Bonney cant even do a simple job the first time around, there is NO way I want them to re-do or re-fix their mistake. Cant be trusted. I asked around for my neighbors' experience. One neighbor is PISSED at Bonnie for charging thousands on a job also not well done.

Great Experience. The plumber that was sent was able to fix my bathtub clog quickly! He was in and out within 30 minutes and I was charged a very fair price. Thanks!

IT IS REFRESHING TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE WHO LOVES WHAT THEY DO. JOHN FIXES PLUMBING PROBLEMS WITHOUT COMPLAINTS. HE ACTUALLY CARES THAT THE WORK IS DONE COMPLETLY AND HE GOES THE EXTRA YARD FOR SATISFACTION. HE IS A GREAT REPRESENTATIVE OF SERVICE.

They don't guarantee their work!!!. We had the same problem after 24 hours that Bonney claimed that it has been fixed. We called numerous times but can't get helped. Finally asked for one of the owners. Finally reached the wife but she said, "she has too many other things to take care of so she needs to refer me to her husband". The husband sent another plumber but the plumber can't fxi the problem. Company trying to charge $700 for a new toilet. Left several messages to owner but has not returned my call or reimburse my money.
