TERRIBLE, don't use them

i think they maybe out of business already in Sacramento, but owner is terrible, and not realiable to homeowner. A lot of lies! Not keeping with their words. Check sac court, a lot of small claim against them. They maybe operating in Las Vegas or else where with different name. If your property manager name is Chianti Mook, beware!!!

• Cons: unresponsible, breach of contract, not attentive to tenant's request. Not return phone calls
