BEST FONDUE in all the Greater Sacramento Area. My wife and I ate at Simply Fondue this evening to celebrate our 5 year anniversary, and it is by far the BEST fondue you will find. We have eaten at other fondue restaurants in the Sacramento area that do not come anywhere near that quality of service, food, or ambiance. It is definitely chic, and the waiter we had, Chris, was awesome. He was friendly, gave great advice on food and martinis, (you have to try the Key Lime Pie martini and ask the owner to make it for you it is incredible and taste just like a Key Lime Pie), and he even gave us two free glasses of champagne for our anniversary....thanks Chris!!

The food....it was excellent!!! Great selections. We had the Dinner for Two that was a four-course dinner and included salad (try the Strawberry Spinach it is excellent), a Pepper Jack cheese fondue, a variety of meats (my favorite was the garlic roasted chicken and jamaican chicken), and chocolate fondue. They aren't skimpy on the amount, and they will even offer you extra goodies with the chocolate fondue (we had the Pecan Carmel Swirl...yummy!!) What I liked most was they were attentive but also gave my wife and I privacy enough to enjoy each others company. They accomodated us by putting us in a private section of the restaurant that made it very romantic.

I can't say enough great things about Simply Fondue. It is well worth the money (I think it is less expensive than others, but cant say for sure) but it's well worth it. You will not go home feeling hungry.

The owner, Mark Hudson, was there to greet us coming in and leaving, and stopped by twice during dinner to make sure we were enjoying the food and service, but what was nice was he was sincere...not just a quick "how is everything" he really made us feel welcomed. You just don't see this type of service in many restaurants. I highly recommend Simply Fondue, and we will be going back for their New Years Eve Lobster Extravaganza party and Valentines (we already booked both).
