Don't go to this place. Dr Remy uses expired botox. When it's old it doesn't work. You have to sign a waiver that states if it is not effective you still have to pay. Once mixed it is only good for that day. Dr Remy herself as well as staff told me it last at least a week or more. Look it up for yourself. "how long is botox effective once it has been mixed". I asked for botox mixed that day. She refused, so I went somewhere else. Her staff seems to believe what she says. They should look it up for themselves.

A WONDERFUL SPA. This is a Great spa, with wonderful staff and a fantastic Doctor. Everyone knows the products and equipment, and is very willing to spend time with you and teach you everything you need to know. The new Sculptra (sp?) machine is fantastic. No need for surgery, and no down time... WONDERFUL I am very satisfied after a few visits, and will return, and recommend to friends and family

Great Experience!. I've used several different treatments as well as the Obagi line and I loved the products as well as the doctor and staff. I'm very selective regarding where I get any spa treatments and I have been extremely happy with every visit. I've found them to be very organized and the doctor has been there every time I've been there - even when I've just dropped by. Her nurses are great too. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for knowledgable guidance in a relaxed spa setting.

best service I have ever had!. I started at Vitality 3 months ago and they have always had great service. They have recently changed the interior, and have new front office staff who are really fun and friendly. The doctor has been there every time that I have come in, and she really took the time to go over everything with me. She even gave me her cell phone if I had questions when I started OBagi. She told me what to expect and she was exactly right!

She is actually a laser specialist, and she requires that her nurses be expertly trained as well. Her nurses are excellent and VERY knowledgable. I have heard that California does not regulate this field of medicine and any nurse can work with any doctor and run a laser. The doctor and the nurse may not know anything about laser, and they can open a laser spa! SO don't be fooled! Know what your doctor's specialty is and find out who trained their nurse and for how long. Be informed! DOn't risk it! That would scare me!

All of my experiences theBut all of their staff has been friendly, informative and I would not go anywhere else! all of my experiences there have been fantastic. I have even started getting notices about specials and things.

Horrible Spa!!. Vitality Medical is completely disorganized! They don't really seem to know what they are doing....& that is a bit scary considering they do laser treatments, injections, etc. The Doctor is rarely in; making it even more scary!! I would NOT recommend having a treatment at this place!!
