Great way to destroy childs self esteem. Cast for every play is already determined before they even know what the next play is. Directors have their choosen 5 kids that always get the lead role.s Even if your child is better they will get to play supporting roles only. Daughter can sing and dance? Not here! She will play a tree or a rock. Must in the clique to go anywhere. Strongly avoid this dead end. Unless of course you hate your kid.…
