These guys are great!! I had a bad DC jack on my laptop and other places wanted over three days to replace the jack even though I had the PC motherboard already out of the computer. I brought Alex the board and he had it fixed before I came back from lunch at an extremely reasonable price. I am a small business owner who has been looking for someone I can rely on for high quality customer service and I can finally say I have found my IT guy from now on. I would highly recommend these guys for any of your computer or network needs!!

My PC is kind of old and slow. I'm not sure whether to fix it or not. I’ve called couple computer places and Allocate Tech was willing to do a free diagnostic for me. I was thrilled, I decided to go with them and have they diagnostic my PC. At the end I decided not to fix it because its age and speed they didn't charge me a thing. The diagnostic was free..
