Best Training Studio in Town. You would not see me at the local gym, because I'm 72 years young and a stroke survivor. I came into Fitness Together after a year in rehab and I was using a cane to walk and couldn?t get up from a chair without assistance. After just 3 months, I was able to toss my cane and I began learning all sorts of exercise to build my strength. I so enjoyed all my trainers, because they really cared about my progress and I built a special relationship with the owner, Babe Mooney. Babe worked with me on nutrition and spent numerous hours counseling me when I would be discouraged. I can tell you if you want someone on your side in the battle to lose weight I would highly recommend the trainers and Babe at Fitness Together.
