Bad customer service.
Walk-in visit to see if there was as an opening. Two customer reps. behind counter. The one helping me mentioned that there was an opening in 10, I mentioned I would take it. Phone rang around the same time I came in, other rep answered the phone, she was working with arranging a time for the customer on the phone. After I mentioned I would take the appointment the other customer service rep said no that she was giving that spot to the person she had on the phone but needed to confirm that she could make it in time due to the short time frame. The person on the phone should have been given another time frame since I was there in person and was promised the appointment before the person on the phone. Bad customer service skills!!! To much competition out there....found a better spa...try "The Spa at Natomas" 1900 Del Paso Rd. 916-928-3000....their customer service is GREAT!!!
