CLOSE DOWN!. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST SALON EVER ! if you want fu*ked up hair then go ahead, crystal, the boss, is a b*tch! the worst customer service there. she needs to go back to beauty school because she does NOT know how to do highlights. it turns GREY/PURPLE! watch outt!

AWFUL. Okay. so i went to correct the terrible job they had done in the first place. first of all they REFUSED to give me my money back. then when they said that they could fix the mess they had caused in my hair, it was UNACCOMPLISHABLE. they attempted to tone my hair 3 times, trying to get rid of the platinum they created in my hair, when i wanted blonde, (one of the 4 colors i had in my hair), then eventually they created a purple gray blonde mess in my hair. thereafter, they gave a bad attitude. and were very unpleasant. they didnt think i spoke vietnamese and the entire time they were talking trash about my hair. they were very rude and mean. i dont recommend it at all. in the end. they dyed my hair black, but created the black too dark, making it stand out against my natural black hair. they also refused to fully dry may hair in order to hide all of their faults . BAD SERVICE!
