Watch Out. Although Ms. Strati carries some nice lines of clothing, there are problems with this store.

First, it is jammed packed in no particular order. Items are strewn all over the place making it difficult to pick anything up to look at it.

BUT, a BIG WARNING, Ms. Strati is very nice when you buy her pricey clothes, but she doesn't tell you there is a 7 day return policy and then she relies on a little sign she says is on the counter (who can see it because it is buried under more stuff) when you try to return something.

She is not so nice, nor accommodating, when you try to return something outside of the return policy period even though she doesn't tell you about the policy. Her daughter is equally rude.

I would note that this was my first time shopping there, so I had no prior way of knowing about the return policy.

Too bad, I buy lots of clothes and hers are not inexpensive and her mark up is substantial (you can find everything online for MUCH less) and Ms. Strati has now lost a customer and thousands of dollars for the sake of her "mystery" policy (I was less than a month out and the dress had never been worn...tags still on). Certainly not a good investment on her part.
