I'm an out-of-town owner. Tenant called, the heater was blowing cold air. I called Jason. He was at the property within an hour, called me with the diagnosis and repair cost. Jason was honest, professional and fair. He made this very easy and simple. I'm a Bay Area Real Estate Broker and wish we had a Jason here!
