Best in Sacramento. Dr. Berg's is an artist and a genuinely nice guy. I am pleased to be his patient as well as part of his staff. I appreciate his ethics, his sense of humor, and the way he treats all of his team members and his patients. I don't believe you can find better care for any price.

As part of Dr. Berg's team, I would like to respond to Hank (below). Dr,Berg has built his reputation on ETHICS and INTEGRITY. Thank you for saying our office provides "great dental service." We regret the misunderstanding about your co-pay. As a service, we printed out the co-pay information for YOUR contract with your insurance and used it as a visual aid to help you understand your costs, after which you signed that very page, indicating we had explained it to you. You took it home to review it and came back later for treatment. Certified Google reviews from hundreds of patients (Demand Force) indicate you are unique in your complaint about our office, nevertheless, we are sorry you were not pleased, and we do wish you well.

I love Dr. Berg because he and his staff treat patients like they are real people with feelings and concerns that may be very individual. It is a place where you can feel comfortable knowing they honestly care and that you get top quality work. I rjust ead a review written a long time ago that called them the "Stepford" practice. I laughed out loud and showed my husband. He laughed too. Nothing could be more opposite of how we feel about Dr. Berg and his staff. We have been going there for many years and have never had a bad experience.

FAVORABLY IMPRESSED!. Here's the thing. I hate going to the dentist. But today I had to write this review because I just came back from my second appointment at this office and I am actually looking forward to my next one. Sandi is so funny, and everyone is warm and welcoming. Dr. Berg explains things extremely well and doesn't mind answering a million questions. I would recommend them to anyone.

UNETHICAL. NOT ETHICAL!!‎‎ This office provides great dental service however be cautious when going over payment options. Dr. Bergs staff went over my insurance and when asked "How much the total would be?" the staff member said "$X" and then after printed out a different price and had me sign! This staff member was a new to the team, and I was very nice and understanding, thinking that a ethical dental group would take care of this issue. However I was completely wrong and Dr. Berg insisted that I pay for what I signed. When someone goes over my payment plan and then prints the forms for me to sign, I assume that what they tell me is what they will print, however this is not the case. Again great dental service from the hygienist and dentist, but very UNETHICAL practice

Worth the drive. I?ve been a patient of Dr. Berg for several years. Our family travels a long distance to see him, and we think it?s worth it. A few years ago I broke a tooth when I was working out of state. I went to a friend's dentist, and when he looked in my mouth, he called in the 2 other dentists in to admire Dr. Berg's work. They joked about which of them wanted to work on me, knowing that Dr. Berg would be checking it out! I also like this office because you can tell the staff loves and admires the doctor and that he appreciates and respects them. Grace, his assistant, is a total gem, and has been with him all the years I?ve been a patient. I think this says a lot. There?s just a good feeling there, different from any other dentist I?ve been to. I?d recommend Dr. Berg to anyone.

A practice that bends over backwards for its patients.. The reviewer, John McCall must be a little confused about who his doctors are. I am Dr. Berg and can say that Mr. McCall is not, nor ever has been a patient in my practice. His statement that he "had a negative experience with Dr. Berg and his practice" is simply not true. My practice is founded upon the principles of patient service and satisfaction. If he has made an honest mistake and is referring to another dental office, we hope he will make a correction to his review. I believe that it is important for consumers to be well informed about local businesses they are considering patronizing, but false "bashing" does nobody any good.

All I can say is come see for yourself.

Had a Negative Experience. Be careful in reading other reviews who question other reviews and exaggerate them. I had a negative experience with Dr. Berg and his practice. By the fact that there are two bad reviews on here would make me go elsewhere for my dental needs.

Best Dentist in California. Dr. Berg has been my dentist for years and years and I really can't imagine ever wanting to go to anyone else. One reviewer said something about the staff being robotic/not good customer service... are you sure you have the correct Dr. Berg? I have found the staff very friendly, including Dr. Berg. Most of the staff knows me by name. At one point, I went to an orthodontist to get invisalign, not realizing that Dr. Berg did it (since he is a dentist and not an orthodontist). I was having trouble with the invisalign becuase they didn't quite snap to my teeth the way they are supposed to. Dr. Berg was able to fix them so that they worked much much better. Dr. Berg's office is always willing to work with me financially as well. I would never think of stiffing them, but when I get into a fix, they are willing to work with me so that I can still pay for my dental work. On top of all of this, I have never had any problems with any work that Dr. Berg has done, and not a lot of people can say that about their dental work. Great customer service, great dentist, and great staff.
