I was there 3 times in the last 6 months and we've has terrible service every time!! The first time, we asked for water as soon as we got there,(usually they bring it anyway) but it took forever for them to even bring that - so I got up and got it myself!! Then, it took forever for them to come back and take our order. The next time was about the same. Then, I was just there last month - giving them the benefit of the doubt that they might've gotten better, or maybe I just had bad luck. But no chance! This time, I was dying of thirst, and again had to wait forever for my water- I was just about to get up and get it myself again, but there she came! When we got our food, they mixed up my salad for my mom's. We finally decided just to never go there again. They have pretty good food, but the service is so bad, it doesn't matter. I think they just need new management, and possibly a new crew, but hey, what do I know!
NEVER AGAIN! – All I can say is “Never again!” We were in Lincoln visiting friends and stopped for lunch. First problem my wife drank half of her coffee and noticed there was a distinct ring around the cup half way down. The cup had not been washed and it was a cream stain from the previous user. We asked for a 2nd cup of coffee and it was only warm, not hot or fresh so we had to ask for a 3rd cup. Second, the restaurant was not busy and it took 35 minutes to get our food. When we got our food, my wife’s French fries and hamburger were only warm, almost room temperature. I asked to see the manager about removing my wife’s meal from the tab and as everything she had was totally unacceptable.
A man (apparently the manager but did not identify himself as one) visited our table and asked, “What’s the problem?” I explained my wife was not happy with her meal. The gentlemen then asked “What’s wrong with it?” I explained the numerous issues and he simply said “ok” and left to get our bill. He removed the $7.99 for her hamburger but still charged us for the coffee. At that point I decided we needed to leave so I paid the remainder of the bill. He left 2 coupons for desert but reminded us we could not use them both at the same time. Nice! I left the coupons’ on the table. .
