This place stole $$ from me!!!. I have gone into this store twice and dealt with the vietnames man who i believe is the manager.



i was looking for the I-tip 18 inch flashpoint 808 extensions. both times after he was incredibly rude to me he charged me $200!!



Online and at the other store location, the company is supposed to charge $165... So the Ahole pocketed the extra $35 each time taking a total of $70 from me!!!



I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS STORE!!

lets work together to get them out of business!!!

Store owner disrespectful, insults the customer! Poor customer service! Would never go there again.. The worst experiences I had ever had!!

I needed a hair waver, and stepped into this shop. They had a good collection of wigs, and one of my friends was looking for one, I thought of taking a look to gift her. I asked the owner of the shop for help,and he got the wigs out of the showcases for me to see. I liked one of them out of the whole lot. He told me it costed $99.99, now that wasn't the amount I intended to spend on a casual giftt, so I thanked him for his help, and told him that it was too expensive,and I didn't want to take it.

I asked that I was looking for hair wavers for myself. The gentleman took out one of those which was the cheapest brand costing $27. I saw few other better brands in the showcases, and asked him if he had some other brands. He said 'NO'. I was kinda surprised, and asked him about those that I could see from a distance. This guy tells me that those are 'EXPENSIVE' and making a judgement about my economic and financial position tells me that 'YOU CANNOT AFFORD IT'. I asked him what was the price , and he tells me $39.99.

I was offended. This was the worst experience I have had at any store. I had been to this store once before, this guy has an assistant a very sweet, wonderul, helpful lady, till I came across this guy whom she calls her boss who not only has zero customer service skills, but courts an extremely rude and churlish behavior.

He went on to say that you didn't take the wig that I showed you, so you would not be able to afford these either. I felt insulted, and couldn't take it, and left the shop without making a purchase; just ordered one from the internet. Would never visit this place again, and would not recommend this to anyone who has a grain of self respect.
