Great Service. I went to Deja Du Salon after purchasing a living social deal. I got a hair cut, full color, brow wax and pedicure. Stacy was my stylist and she made me feel very comfortable. I am always afraid to go to these type of salons usually the women there are so snooty, but not Stacy at all. My only complaint would be the pedicure, they don't have a pedicure chair and she did not scrub my heels, my heels weren't bad so it didn't matter. My husband and youngest don went with me because i live an hour away and they were really nice to them as well. I would totally recommend them and go back again, but only for the deals because they are so far from me.
I'm definitely going back!. I just got the works - cut, brow wax, manicure, pedicure - and it was fantastic! I have curly hair and this was the best cut I've had in years, maybe ever. I highly recommend them!
NEVER AGAIN. I cannot believe the service I received from this salon. I purchased a living social deal online: haircut, manicure, pedicure, brow wax, and glass of wine for $50. I called to schedule my appointment and was told to come in on the following Friday at 12pm. I do not live in or near the area, so had to drive 45 minuted to arrive there promptly at 12pm. I was then told they did not have me in the books until 2pm, so I went to the mall to kill time. After I returned, I was left waiting for 20 minutes and then it was finally my turn. I had the deep conditioning treatment(which was not nearly as great as the reviews say), my brows waxed, and then I was ready for my haircut. The stylist cut an inch from my hair and then proceeded to blow dry it. Meanwhile, she spoke on the phone with friends. She then went to check the books and found that they had not written me in for my mani/pedi. Great. She called the manicurist to come in early from lunch. She then began to give me my "manicure" as the stylist continued to work with my hair. The manicure consisted of a nail trim/filing, pushing back of my cuticles, and color. It was painful and anything but professionally done. I was then put in front of a fan and told to sit while they dried. I was hurriedly rushed as their schedule had been tight since the error. Back to the haircut, the stylist straightened my hair, did not use any protective product in doing so, and did a terrible job. My hair looked like a mess but she did not give me any time to protest as I was rushed out of the seat for the next customer.I called her the next day to try and get it fixed. I was told that I had paid half price so my expectations should not have been that high. She then told me that I can come in but there is no guarentee that a stylist will be able to see me. Since I was not written in the books for my mani/pedi, I was unable to get my pedicure and have to return on a different day. That means, I need to drive 45 minutes one-way, once again, to finish what should have been finished in one sitting. I'm 19, so did not have a glass of wine, but after my terrible experience had at this salon, I think that's exactly what I need.
