Average food, erratic service. We tried Ninja Sushi four or five times before making up our minds that there wasn't enough there to make us go back. The food is what I think of as shopping-mall sushi. The rolls are the same eight or ten ingredients combined in different ways with different names, they get boring pretty fast. The beer list is very disappointing, none of the supposed Japanese beers are actually from Japan and they all taste like Bud. But our biggest complaint is the service--items ordered that don't turn up, no clean wine glasses available on one occasion (really), and one time a server set a tray of dirty dishes on our table while she tried to figure out why an item we'd ordered had not appeared--great way to kill an appetite. The place gets busy and very noisy on Fri. and Sat., and the thumping hip-hop-influenced music isn't what we're looking for when we go out for a meal. People who like bland domestic beer, loud music, and sushi rolls full of deep-fried shrimp and cream cheese will maybe be able to overlook the erratic service and have a good time here, but there are much, much better sushi restaurants in town and that's where we will be.

Good Times & Great Sushi. I have been going to Ninja for A couple Years now, The Service and Sushi Is always good! The owner always makes a special plate for my 19 month old son everytime we come in. They have great specials almost every night and we always have a fun time!

Great Sushi! TERRIBLE Customer service. I've been to Ninja Sushi about 5 times. Each time I received horrible customer service from the waitresses. It took them 30 mins just to bring out a bowl of Miso soup, and about an hour for our TWO sushi rolls. Come to find out the waitresses were too busy getting drunk with a few customers to serve us correctly. Another time a waitress just began throwing our plastic soy sauce cups on our table and wouldnt even acknowledge us. Other than the customer service this place has delicious sushi, but definitely not worth the service you receive.
