Please Don't Waste Your Time. People...heads up...please do not waste your time here. As soon as I walked through the door, the two young ladies were talking on the phone. One of them was talking to their boyfriend it seemed because she kept blushing, ignoring me, and saying "I Love You". So after waiting for approximately 5 minutes, one of the girls said..."Yeah, can I help you". I was so shocked by her behavior. Nevertheless, I remained positive and let her know that I had an appointment. She pointed to the glass door entry way and told me to have a seat (I was thinking how rude!). My therapist then came out to get me and she smelled of b.o. and cigarette smoke. Once I entered the room I also noticed an unpleasant aroma in the room. My blanket had dried up white residue on it and the massage was not pleasing. It was very light when I repeatedly asked the therapist to go deeper. The therapist was complaining to me about how her pay is so little. I couldn't believe that an establishment that charges its customers $49 only pays their therapist $15! Unbelievable and unethical. What a scam. She also told me how unfair the manager and owner is to their employees as if they are disposable beings. So sad. After the massage, while I was using the restroom, I could hear other employees gossiping (so unprofessional) about other employees in the other room. I felt so uncomfortable, I couldn't wait to get out of that place. But, that wasn't the end of it. I had to listen to the front desk try to sell me a membership. I would never buy a membership here. Are you kidding? I would much rather pay for an upscale massage. The place looked very cheap and dirty.
