Great service. I have use Stanley steamer for the last 5 years. I find there people to be prompt - very nice. They do the job and always throw in something extra.
Unorganized and ineffective.
I used Stanley Steemer Rancho a few times and each time it was a different not so great experience. Each time I made an appointment on line, I never received an email or phone confirmation so was under the assumption they didn't schedule me. The three times I used them over the last two years, I would get a call day of, 30 minutes before, that they were on their way to my house. Unorganized and ineffective...
The last time I used them, they tried to clean my moderately soiled couch and chairs. They said the fabric was perfect for their cleaning solution and worked for about an hour. When done, each piece looked exactly like it did when they arrived, expect wet. It wasn't even close to cleaner or bright. I expressed my unhappiness, called the main office and they were to resend the same guys out to re-do. No thanks, as they weren't very helpful or skillful and I didn't have time. So, they offered me a $40.00 credit. It never came, I called to remind the, It never came....
No more Stanley Steemer in our house.
PS: The techs left their equipment in my garage so I get a call 4 hours later that they are coming over to pick it up and can I let them in...I wasn't home so had to drive home out of my way and let them in...ineffective and unorganized.
Awful Customer Service - Do Not Use Them. This businesses customer service is AWFUL!!! I've tried setting up appointments but they DO NOT work with the customer if the time they pick is not good for them. I showed up in their office to schedule an appointment and people are too busy playing on facebook and made me wait. This is unacceptable customer service. Businesses like this should get new employees and management. Didn't relize being on Facebook was more important than serving customers.
