Horrible.
Drove 8 hours to arrive at 1am and check in. The room they gave me had no sheets, dirty floor and it reeked of cigarettes. I was too tired to argue so the front desk gave me a new room that still reeked of cigarettes. Gave me a headache.
I requested a non smoking room. When I got back home I called and requested to speak to a manager and complain. To which she replied "our new carpets smell like cigarette" suuuuure.
I take many trips to sacramento a year and I will not be staying at this establishment.
