They know how to treat a customer!. Made an appointment at 10am, My first time going to the salon for a men's HairCut. Not the usual razor shave. A men cut with long hair. Veronica knows how to cut men's hair right. Also they gave me a nice hair shampooing.

Overall: I will definitely go back there when my hair starts to grow out.

24k GOLD facial!!. OH MAN i just had one of the best facials ever! ive been hearing about gold facials through my friends who have had them here at True salon and it was amazing! It has 24karat gold in it and is a mask that hydrates the skin. When i was finished my skin had this natural glow to it. I would most def. recommend this to anyone! I will be back =)

The Best Salon & Spa Around. I am so PLEASED I found a great place to go when I want to really relax.

I was a walk-in today and was greeted very friendly by the front desk and only had a waiting period of 10minutes Not that bad considering that it is the day before Christmas Eve.

While I waited I was given a tour and this is when i fell in love. This place does EVERYTHING!

My overall service was great all the staff members were wonderful & definetly made me feel 100% welcomed. I WILL BE RETURNING!=)

Truly NOT the spa to go to. I thought that walk-ins would be welcome especially when there was no one waiting. Not there. You have to make an apointment. Three people there and you cant cut my hair. Why would I want to make an apointment with anyone as rude as you are.

There are other fish in the salon sea.... Warning: If you are a few minutes late for an appointment (I was 5 min. late due to being stuck behind a slow bus), be prepared to be told to reschedule and to be treated with an attitude. I was - I repeat 'was' - a regular client there. But not after being treated so rudely. I guess they think that they are irreplaceable as a salon despite the fact that they are surrounded by probably 10 other salons in a 1/4 mile radius.

NO GOOD, in my opinon. i read the review's before visiting the salon most of which were really good, so i booked an appt. this past Saturday.

Nancy, very nice lady cannot argue that, however I thought i was pretty specif when i told her i'd only like a trim. 1/2 inch to maybe 1 inch. I said don't touch the layers just a little trim on them as well, i said that i felt my hair at the bottom was looking pretty thin and i didn't like it. She trimmed it, i also found out the technique she was doing to my hair AFTER she trimmed it was what they do to thin your hair out.

Im so upset about this cut, my hair was long past the middle of my back, it's so scraggliy now it doesn't look like i just had it cut, the ends are all different from her "thinning" i'm already losing enough hair as it is i don't need someone to go in a "THIN" it out even more.

Well she was super nice but obvisously didn't listen to a thing i wanted and did her own thing, now i have about 2' inches gong and it's not even at all which means i'll have to go somewhere else and have them fix it in turn probably means it will be even shorter!!! I'm from Folsom and have been in Elk Grove for 1 1/2 years and still can't find a decent hair salon or nail salon. i was actually so sad this morning i was crying in the car on my way to work. So whatever you do don't go to sweet Nancy!!

Great salon!!. Been going to Whitney (the owner) for many years now and I am always so pleased with how my hair turns out. Before Whitney I had been to many salons in elk grove and could never find a stylist that gave me great results. But i ALWAYS leave true salon and spa a happy girl!

True salon is TRUEly amazing. I am TRUEly happy i found True Salon and spa. Its a upbeat salon in old elk grove filled with friendly hairstylist and wonderful estheticians. The salon is very organized, neat, and clean. I was offered refreshments as soon as i walked in and was given a tour of the whole salon to see what it offered and got to meet a few of the chemical specialists as well as the manicurist and massage therapist.. This salon offers so much for everyone.. If your looking for a day to get away and relax i would recomment this place 100%
