We recently leased a C250 sedan from
this dealer. We found our salesman to be deceptive and unresponsive, the finance person to be unreliable, and the management to be completely unresponsive.
In search of resolution of what is a very serious problem we went to Von Housen Automotive Group, the parent company, and were blown off. Seven weeks later we still haven't gotten anywhere with them, but we are in this to stay until we get equitable resolution. We have a genuine problem that takes serious attention to address and solve. We have not received this from them yet.
Recently we made made MB USA management aware of our problem and they are now tracking our progress.
It goes without saying we will not do business with Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin. Based on the lack of meaningful response from Van Housen management, we will not patronize their other two dealerships, in Sacramento and El Dorado Hills, either.
Tom helped my wife and I in finding the best deal on the lot. This Mercedes Benz has the best customer service by far.
The service that I received from Ted was terrific! He wasn't pushy and he helped me through the whole thing.

Nice Touch. I really appreciate the fact that they washed my car for free after my oil change without me having to ask, I thought that was a nice touch!
AMAZING customer service!. The sales manger was very helpful and made sure I see all the available options for my price range. He found me the perfect car for a great price. They also provided us lunch in the cafe on site (Bistro 33) while we were waiting.
