Top notch all the way. I just purchased a Sierra through Jeff and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. They seem to be very friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and not pushy. Jeff helped us at all hours and was a real gem guiding us through all the steps, especially since we were first timers. They seem to have a good amount of Trucks on the Lot and we had no issues picking a color, all in all it was a 5 star experience, cheers!

Loyal Customer. I don't know I havent written a review for this dealership, but since i just purchased my newest Sierra I thought it was time, so here it is: I've bought my last two Sierras from here and have never had a problem with any of their departments :) their sales department are very attentive, finance department are nice people, and their service department are just as friendly and experienced. I am glad to have a great dealership so close to home.everyone is very nice and really do care about their customers, I have never had a bad experience and will always be a loyal customer!

Terrific Car Buying Experience. 5 stars for Folsom Buick GMC!!! I loved the whole experience and don’t ahev one bad thing to say. The interior of the dealership is just amazing and they restrooms are really clean. They have the best deals on Buicks and the sales people over there really do whatever they can to make sure you’re happy. The one car I wanted didn’t have the interior color I wanted so the salesman knocked down the price for me and colors suddenly didn’t matter to me. The tan has already grown on me and my wallet is still full which means I’m very happy. I will definitely be back, since they seriously have the best prices.

If you're looking for an easy deal then I recommend Folsom G. I'm used to vulture salesman coming at me, but when I was looking for my 1st new car I stumbled onto this dealer and have bought my last 4 cars from them! Their Staff is cool and I always have a good time talking, I think a big patr of sales is having a good personality. Then came to the price negotiation and I always seem to come out a winner. Then whenever I had an issue, it was always resolved promptly. That's why I recommend Folsom GMC for their good people, good deals, and awesome service!

This is the place. Had a wonderful dream about buying a car, but it was soon squashed by five dealers with their textbook dirty salesman techniques. After weeks of resaerch and my motivation going down the drain, my friend recommended I try her dealership. Glad I did, because they were so sympathetic when I told them my bad experiences at most other dealerships. I met with Chris G who was so polite and didn't try to "sell" me any BS, just answered my questions straight as an arrow. I highly recommend this dealership if you want a no nonsense experience!

Folsom Buick GMC earned five stars. Great dealership! I wanted a specific new car and called all over but no one had one. I e-mailed Folsom GMC and their internet manager was very accomadating to my needs, he found the exact car I wanted in the next town over adn made all the arrangements necessary for me to get my car! I was so excited, this was my fist time working with the Internet staff, but they were excellent and my car buying experience was never this easy! Highly recommend!!!

Friendly Staff, Organized Managment. I've never bought a car from such a proficient Dealership before... I'm not from around here, but temporary live in the area due to family. So one of my "husbandry duties" was to find a new car for my mother-in-law, which is much easier said than done because she likes to complain, complain, and complain, then complain some more. She told me she wanted: a safe car, easy to drive, with good milage, and cheap gas." I'm not sure what she was expecting or asking for since I am paying for it. Anyhow, I am loyal to Buick which is how I found Folsom Buick GMC. I've bought a lot of Buicks before, but this one was done efficiently when I met Greg at the door while I was looking at their trucks, I explained my situation and he followed along pretty well. He even went out of his way to talk to my mother-in-law to discuss their options. They were able to select a vehicle, great! No test drives (saves me about 45 minutes). I usually bring a newsweek and plenty of change for the vending machine because I expect to wait for a couple hours before the hwole thing is done. Excellent, I'm done and delivered to my mother-in-law. I highly recommend this place for your next New Buick purchase because my wife and I were very happy at the end of the day.
