Everything you want in a service provider. Definite "A" rating in my book. Our guy didn't pressure me into anything, but rather he laid out my situation for me and gave me options (and these completely jived with what I had heard from folks who knew a bit about garage doors). Great experience

I've found out the hard way that you usually end up paying extra in the service industry for: reliability, punctuality, pleasant demeanor, good craftsmanship. Luckily, there are businesses and people which are still willing to provide all of this at a not only reasonable but beat all the competitions price. I almost want my other garage door to break so I can give them some more business
