Hasn't complained once. i've never had issues with this office. My son has been going since he was 3 and now he is 12 and hasn't complained once. I think that says a lot. :)

Wonderful!. My dentist of over thirty years retired and we moved to Granite Bay. I was very stressed about finding a new dentist. I had a dental problem and had to find a dentist as soon as possible and my daughter referred me to Smile Island . I must say I had a great experiance with all of the staff at Smile Island from the receptionist to Dr. Barry Dunn they were all very kind and informative and took care of everything. Smile Island and DR. Dunn will be my dentist from now on. Thank you so much for being there for me. Its wonderfull to know my daughter and my three grandchildren will be well taken care of .

Love the staff. Love the staff here, everyone is fantastic! Well worth the 30 minute drive, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Kind and caring. It is always a pleasure to visit your office! My girls always feel comportable wtih all the friendly staff. They are kind and caring, everything a child needs while visiting a medical facility. Thank you ladies and Dr. Trevor, you guys are wonderful!

An amazing dentist. I have never been to such an amazing dentist in my 29 years before! My daughter Carly, who is four, has enjoyed going to Smile Island since she started going to Smile at the age of two. Carly's face lights up with excitement every time she hears that I'm taking her to an appointment at Smile Island! At our most recent appointment, Carly had a few cavities, and Carly's hygienist and Dr. Trevor were so sensitive about the "cavity" subject. They both made sure to take the time to explain in detail why the cavities appeared in the first place. Dr. Trevor and Carly's hygienist also went into depth on how I can prevent my Carly's cavities, and the best action plan to treat the cavities due to my daughters timid nature.

Professional and kind. Dr. Tse and the entire staff at Smile Island are absolutely the most talented, professional and kind dental office I have ever been to. I feel anyone who discovers them is blessed with excellent care and in good hands forever.

So friendly. Everyone in the office is so friendly! Unfortunately, our appointment was 45 mintues late and my 3 year old was very cranky by the time we were seen. Although I was disappointed that a full cleaning couldn't be done, I am still very happy with your office and I highly recommend you to my friends!

PHENOMENAL. I was so worried about my son being put on the Nos. He did fabulously, I cried! Dr. Trevor and his assistant were PHENOMENAL! The way they talked to my son, and the fact that Dr. Trevor called me at home that day to see how my son was doing. I would and have already referred this office. I can't say enough good things about them

Always impressed. Always impressed by the customer service at Smile Island! Dr. Trevor hit it off with both my kids which was great!
