Bad Food, Bad Sevrice!!!!. My family had an event hosted at the Iron Steaks this month and let me say first of all, on top of the fact that the sevice was horrible (the wait staff was unorganized, unprepared and rude!) and the restuarant was shabby (the upper room was too hot,much of the glassware was dirty, as was much of the rest of the establishment), the food was the worst ever (we could have had a better meal from a grocery store delicatessen)!!! I was shocked as were the rest of the other guests! Looking back (and it's all everyone has been talking about since!) we could have had a better dining experience at a chain restaurant.
32oz Porterhouse- if you can handle it.
The steak is the 32oz Porterhouse. Tender NY on one side and filet on the other with a side of pan fried onions and potatoes. A man could not ask for more.
The vegetables sides are like any really good steakhouse. Creamed spinach has a little garlic, which makes it stand out.
They have added quite a few new salads including a lobster, shrimp and crab louie, with a slightly spicey cucumber dressing if you are not into steaks. The presentation is first class as is the taste.
