Not too Shabby. Jacks Urban Eats is a nice place to grab some grub, and to look in to trying different salad combos. I was treated with upmost kindness and was treated very well. Though a little expensive, yet made up with the quality and quantity of the meal. Also there Jack fries and honey mustard sauce is AMAZING!

Very Good Food TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/31/09. I love going to Jacks Urban Eats for the delicious food. EXCEPT for today 10/31/09 around 0405pm TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The lady who was making my salad was extremely rude. I ask what type of salad dressing and she said its right there. I am looking all around for salad dressing and I ask her were she said in the menu. I told her I did not have a menu in hand. Food is good but for the money we pay I also expect great or even good customer service. I will not be going there for a while and will let coworkers know dont spend money there. Place was not crowded and they also got the order wrong. Ordered BBQ chicken sandwich got home and it was bbq tri tip.... Lucky for me husband eats beef. He said it was a good sandwich. Would give 5 stars if customer service improves.
