T.Criddle at the Roseville salon is a genius!! When I first came to her my hair was a short curly mess! We started using a smoothing treatment and my hair has transformed into smooth, long, amazing hair that I love for the first time!! Thanks to T and her amazing products for giving me the hair I always wanted!!

Recently moving from New Jersey to California I was very nevous about finding someone who would be able to do my hair the way my previous salon had. Kristen, my stylist at Aveda was beyond excellent. My color and cut never looked better, the service/salon was outstanding. I will definetly be going back.

Just got my hair done by Ti Criddle. It looks absolutely amazing and she is the most skilled hairstylist I've ever been to. I'm very picky about my hair and every time I go to see her, I'm amazed at how fabulous my hair looks when I walk out. I have long blond hair, which needs it's "natural" blond highlights touched up every so often. Ti always listens to what I want and delivers perfect hair every time. Also, my hair is GREAT shape which is incredible since it's so long. Thank you so much, Ti, for being so good at what you do!

I just moved to CA and was very nervous about finding a new salon to get my hair done. Kelsey did my services and did a terrific job! She took her time with the consult to really understand what issues I was having and I was totally happy afterwards. The place is super cute and the girls at reception were very sweet & attentive. Already have my appointment to go back!

Ti (Hairstylist). It's always difficult to move and find a new hairstylist, especially when you also need someone to color your hair! My first few experiences in CA were not good, until I met Ti at Willow Salon in Roseville.

A hairstylist sees you first at your worst and then at your best. They know the good things about you and the bad. They share your triumphs and empathize with your defeats.

Ti took the time to listen to what I was trying to describe and developed the MOST BEAUTIFUL shades of red! She knows when to stay the same and when it's time to experiment! It is amazing to watch her in action and see the attention to detail as she creates her masterpiece! I have respected Ti since I met her almost two years ago, but recently, she showed me what an exceptional person she is as well!

My son (22) recently suffered a massive stroke. I had to cancel one appt; the next, I felt guilty for showing up. Ti asked if I wanted to talk, I said no. She worked in a professional manner, checking on me throughout the experience. My son was always rather vain and two months after the stroke, looking rather shabby! He is still in Rehab and unable to go to a barbershop. I spoke to Ti and she volunteered to come to the Rehab facility to cut his hair (after a full day of work!). She was SO kind and compassionate with him, speaking to him and showing patience as she asked what he wanted (something that a lot of people don't do). She made him feel "normal" during the time it took to cut and style his hair. She did all of this out of the goodness of her heart and asked for nothing in return!

I simply do not have the words to describe the quality of Ti's work, her professionalism, and her compassion.

Ti is definetly the person you want to see!

Great Color Options. I have recently started coloring my hair and really like the Aveda options. I have had no allergic reaction with the dye and the stylists are great with the application. The styling products are great and I even love the smell of the hairspray! Everyone listens how how I like my hair cut and respect my easy going hairstyle!

Tabitha is awesome and needs a raise!!!. I have been going to Willo Aveda for almost 2 years, and I would highly recommend Tabitha. She has cut/colored my hair for almost a year now. She knows what she's doing, especially with shorter styles. She has short hair, so she understands how to cut it so it doesn't lose its shape or end up looking like a mushroom or a mullet. Tabitha is awesome! She's friendly without being pushy or obnoxious, and makes you feel comfortable right away.

I also would recommend Faith! She always does a great job, too!!

Worst nail service. Willo does not "do" nails like a nail salon. I went back to have my nails redone, the first time the polish was put in the center of my nail away from the cuticles which they did nothing to. The products they use are designed to remove the dead skin of cuticles, which does not work, My nails looked like my 7 year old granddaughter painted them. The second girl admitted that she was not good at painting nails. The second time around they were somewhat better, but still not great. I was suppose to get my hair done after my nails, which I was told would be just a few minutes, but after waiting for 35 minutes I finally asked if they forgot me, no one even bothered to let me know she was running behind.

The hair cut was OK nothing to make me want to go back for. My daughter color washed out after they washed her hair, the cut was not done in away she can do the style the way it was done in the salon.

The price of their services is way Too high for what you get. I left the place stressed and uptight due to waiting so long, my nails and they were not going to honor my Groupon. but the manager worked it out. I still had pay more then my Groupon when I had worked it all out with the receptionist prior to the appointment, I should have had money left on the Groupon. Becareful they forward the phones between the three sites, but you do not know that you have reached a different location and then book at the wrong location.

Bottom line not worth your money or time

Worst hair color EVER. I went in for a cut and color, at first it was too brown, I cam in with blond highlights and ended up with ashy blond hair and she did not cover the gray in my roots. Went in to have it corrected and it is now an orange color. This woman got conditioner in my ears and said not one word to me while she did the "correction" and was not even the original stylist that did my hair. I would HIGHLY recommend going elswhere. Very unprofessional staff and service. These people do not know what they are doing.
