Straight forward!. There was not a lot of haggling on price. We agreed on a price over the phone and it was exactly what we agreed upon on arriving at the dealership.

Hassle free!. Hassle free negotiation. As a return customer, my previous purchase (Sienna) from this dealership in 2007 and subsequent experience at the Service center had a big impact than the sales staff at the dealership.

Excellent Service!!!. I got excellent service from Folsom Lake Toyota at a great price. They have great people. There's no way would I trust anyone besides Folsom Lake with my vehicle needs.
