Best automotive shop. I had good experience with Japanese motor . I had moved from Dallas to sacramento. My 2005 Toyota Tacoma broke down, engine was damage. I had called several shops for prices , Japanese motor gave me a good price for repair. The staff were very helpful. Took time explain in detail what took to replace engine. I will strongly recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Worst Service In Town!. Horrible work these people are a total rip off! i got a engine put in and he told me $700.00 and it would be ready in 2 days! after a week he calls back and says they need another $600.00 for parts.. so 6 months later my engine is leaking oil everywhere and smoking to the point i cant breath and its really embarassing to drive it! come to find out they just reused all my old gaskets from the old engine yet they clearly charged me on the invoice, now what would off cost less than a $100.00 in gaskets will cost me $100.00's in labor.. Im so frustrated with these people they were very rude, untrustworthy, and i wish i could punch them in the face!!!!

WORST SHOP AROUND!!. Worst shop ive ever been too, the employees were disrespectful, i took my car in for a simple oil change and gave them an oil filter to put on and they overcharged me, BENT MY RIM that i just bought, and didnt even put the filter on that i gave them.. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO f*** IT UP!!!
