NIGHTMARE. Royce Air TRIED TO CHARGE ME THOUSANDS to replace pipes on our property to fix a water leak that ANOTHER PLUMBER FIXED FOR A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS! This was not merely a difference of opinion on how best to address the leak. The Royce plumber was wrong about such a basic fact as the type of pipes we had on our property! The other plumber easily determined the pipe material and showed it to me. The other plumber also easily found the leak, showed it to me, and fixed it. I do not know whether Royce was lazy, incompetent, or dishonest. All I know is that dealing with Royce was exactly the kind of NIGHTMARE I fear as a homeowner when I have to call a service professional. I ALMOST WASTED THOUSANDS ON UNNECESSARY WORK.
