Birthday Party Saved!. This weekend we were throwing a birthday party for my youngest son Carter. We had the whole family over as well as all of his friends. Everything was going great untill the pipe under our sink cracked and water started to fill the kitchen floor! We called a bunch of plumbing companies and almost everyone said that they were busy for the weekend and couldnt come out till monday!! So I kept going though the Yellow Pages and I found Syntrol. I called them and they sent out Dean within 30 min!!! He was so sweet and even let the kids watch him fix the pipe(which they loved!) He had it fixed quick and only charged me half of what Bonney Plumbing had quoted me! I have his card stuck on the front of the fridge and will call Syntrol for anything I need!!! And I know my family will to : )…

Professional But Overpriced. I called the company out for a repair and was treated very professionally. The problem came when the technician gave me a blue line quote (not official company stationary) with a price that was so high to replace a blower motor. the motor alone was $1000.00. I was compelled to get pricing for a replacement system. The technician spent considerable time explaing the benefits of an all new system. That price was also high still without a company printed quotation. I got several other quotes over the phone and they were at least 250% less than Syntro for the repairl. I was amazed by Syntrols pricing in this economy and ended up doing the job myself in a few hours and $200.00 in parts.…
